Log into your Zirozi account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Zirozi
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
